International Orders & Customs Information - HealinGifts

Limited international ordering

HealinGifts™ accepts international orders only for selected destinations and eligible products. Availability may change because herbal products, foods, supplements, natural materials, and spiritual goods can face country-specific import restrictions.

An accepted checkout does not guarantee that every item can legally enter the destination country. We review international orders before shipment and may contact you for information or approval.

Carriers

International orders may ship through DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or another service shown or approved for the destination. Carrier availability depends on the address, product, weight, and customs requirements.

International handling charge

A 20% international handling fee applies and must be disclosed before payment.

Duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage, and customs charges

Shipping charges do not necessarily include import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or carrier advancement fees.

Unless checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier. HealinGifts™ does not control these charges and cannot guarantee an amount.

Additional shipping charges

If the amount paid at checkout is not enough to cover an approved international service, we will contact you before shipment. You may approve the additional charge or cancel the affected order for a refund. We will not add a new charge without authorization.

Restricted or unavailable products

Some herbs, foods, supplements, seeds, woods, animal-derived materials, liquids, incense products, or other natural goods may be restricted or prohibited. If we cannot legally or reasonably ship an item, we will cancel that item and issue the appropriate refund.

Customs and delivery timing

International delivery estimates do not include every customs delay. Tracking may pause while a package is reviewed. The recipient is responsible for providing an accurate address and responding to lawful carrier or customs requests.

Returns

Herbs, teas, foods, supplements, and other ingestible products are final sale unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or a return is required by law. Contact us before returning any international order. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Original shipping, handling, customs, taxes, VAT, brokerage, refused-delivery charges, and return shipping are generally nonrefundable unless HealinGifts made an error or applicable law requires otherwise.
