Spiced Turmeric Latte (You can substitute healthtier options)
- 1 cup milk (or milk substitute) suggest plant-based like Almond milk
- ¾ tsp honey (check our manuka honey)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder (check our tea bags, pour the powder)
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder ( we will carry later on, buy at groceries)
- ¼ tsp finely grated ginger (check our ginger tea bags- pour the powder)
- 1 pinch of vanilla extract ( we will carry later on, buy at groceries)
- 1 pinch black pepper (check our piper longum fruit)
- 1 pinch of ground cloves ( we will carry later on, buy at groceries)
- Warm the milk on a low flame.
- Add the ingredients until completely dissolved.
- Once smooth, pour the mixture through a sieve.
- Serve lukewarm in a glass.
