Spiced Turmeric Latte  (You can substitute healthtier options)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (or milk substitute)  suggest plant-based like Almond milk
  • ¾ tsp honey  (check our manuka honey)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder  (check our tea bags, pour the powder)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder  ( we will carry later on, buy at groceries)
  • ¼ tsp finely grated ginger  (check our ginger tea bags- pour the powder)
  • 1 pinch of vanilla extract  ( we will carry later on, buy at groceries)
  • 1 pinch black pepper  (check our piper longum fruit)
  •  1 pinch of ground cloves ( we will carry later on, buy at groceries)

Recipe: 

  • Warm the milk on a low flame.
  • Add the ingredients until completely dissolved.
  • Once smooth, pour the mixture through a sieve.
  • Serve lukewarm in a glass.
