Readings noted There is little to no research on the effects of bathing in an Epsom salt bath. Numerous blogs can be found, with endless claims about the health benefits provided, but there is no identifiable mechanism that leads to any specific health benefits.
Can be used internally or external use. Please ask your doctor prior to use, especially if you have kidney disease, magnesium restricted diet, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting. If you noticed a change in bowel habits that last more than 2 weeks.
For external use, add 1-2 cups fill your tub with warm water soak no more than 25 minutes.
