Directions:  Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, remove from heat, and pour over a tea bag. Let steep for 5 minutes, to taste. Remove the tea bag, squeeze bag gently into the cup. Iced tea: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, remove from heat, and pour over 2 tea bags. Let steep 5 minutes, to taste. Remove the tea bags, squeeze gently into the cup, then add ice.
