Ingredients: Burdock root, Dandelion root, Avocado leaves, Palo Azul, Sarsaparilla, Elecampane, Peppermint leaf, Red Clover Blossom, Licorice root, Turmeric root, Black Pepper, Yellowdock root, and Ginger root.
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Stir and let settle in the bottom of the cup. Drink after 5-10 minutes. Add one teabag in your favorite mug, with at least 8 oz of hot water, simmer for 5-10 minutes, enjoy your tea with good thoughts. Flush out negative past and feel refreshed.
