Ingredients:Yerba Mansa, Osha root, Astragalus, Mullein leaves, Turmeric, Black pepper, New Mexican red Chili pepper, Mexican Oregano, Cloves, Black tea, Usnea, Fenugreek seeds.
Daily serving size: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Stir and let settle in the bottom of the cup. Drink after 5-10 minutes. Add one teabag in your favorite mug, with at least 8 oz of hot water, simmer for 5-10 minutes, enjoy your tea with good thoughts. Flush out negative past and feel refreshed.
